Shipping.

Palatable Pets ship their freshly made dog and cat food on Wednesday and Saturdays. Other orders (products) are processed and normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  After that, delivery time is 2-4 days priority mail United States Postal Service (USPS), or United States Postal Service (UPS).

During the Christmas season, additional time may be required, due to the heavy shipping demands and possible inclement weather in some parts of the country. 

If you have not received your order or it appears to be lost within the required delivery time.  Please e-mail Palatable Pets at, sales@palatablepets.com or call our customer service number, at 718-496-2263.  Please have your order # when calling, to ensure a better service and we will investigate the matter.

If you had contacted us regarding a lost shipment and it arrives soon   afterward, please notify us immediately, so we can close your lost shipment enquiry search file. 

Return Policy

Thank you for your order (s). Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.  If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our merchandise (s), or your item (s) were damaged, while in shipment, or you are returning items for an exchange.  Please do so within 10 days (some items are non-returnable/please check under product description to verify if item is returnable), from date of receipt of your package. 

1.) Please enclose the invoice that was shipped with your merchandise (s), on the back of the invoice.  Please indicate in the space provided, the reason for returning your merchandise (s), such as, not the right size or product was damaged, etc.

2.) To prevent damage or loss of your product (s) you are returning, please to ensure that you package the item (s) securely, with extra padding as needed for fragile items.

3.) Sorry, we do not refund shipping & handling fees or return postage fees for items that you are returning.  We do refund or credit any taxes we have charged against your credit card, personal check or money orders, etc.

4.) Please allow 48 hours for your credit card to be credited, or one (1) week for the refund check to arrive in the mail if your order was paid for by check.
