FYI, I had placed the same order with another website, but I had to cancel the order with them because they are not reachable with some questions I had, at their 1-800 number. Hi Palatablepets, Now that's what I call customer service!!! Thank you for such a quick and friendly response! I wish more companies were like yours! I have just done some research on your website to see if I could have possibly made a mistake in ordering, and I discovered that it, in fact was my mistake. I was not paying close enough attention when I chose the product. So, it was completely my fault. I will just keep what you sent and order an additional aromatherapy candle separately. Do not send it out until I order and pay as it was completely my fault! Thank you anyway for being willing to eat the cost of a customer's mistake. Other companies could learn a lot from you. Thank you again for your prompt and most courteous service and response. I will MOST DEFINITELY shop with you again!
